small group training

  • deliver value-packed, small-sized class with hands-on instruction
  • offer progressive workout that improves balance, cardiovascular efficiency, strength/muscle endurance, and coordination
  • provide modified exercises to match individual’s needs so class is open to all fitness levels and experience

stand-up paddle board (SUP)

  • focus on paddling technique, safety and fitness to improve your core stability, strength, and endurance and to raise your awareness of the balance-coordination-agility relationship

table-based stretching and flexibility treatment

  • identify origin of pain or restricted mobility and develop a treatment plan accordingly
  • provide assisted stretching techniques and myofascial release to increase flexibility, eliminate/reduce joint and muscle pain, repair injuries, and improve posture

  • coordinate and evaluate lab testing of bloodwork or saliva to obtain crucial information on your health status and to accurately inform our nutritional recommendations
  • guide you on making proper food choices and recommend appropriate nutritional supplementation to maximize your workouts and to improve your general health
  • educate you on both micronutrients (vitamins, minerals) and macronutrients (carbohydrates, proteins, fats) so you understand the basis of proper nutrition
